Headquarters Management Uses Barter For Employee Incentives

The concept of organized barter was foreign to us but the team at Exmerce showed us all of the benefits of using a barter service. Our barter dollars are used for employee incentives such as giving them a percentage of barter sales to use as they see fit, along with feeding them from the many restaurants in the club to giving them certificates for the massage therapist and beauty treatments from the hair salons and esthetics members. We also have made quick work of our barter dollars on home and office renovations, health care, car repairs and maintenance to name just a few.
