Brian Ross is the President and Co‑founder of Bloom Benefits. He has spent the last 17 years telling people about insurance mastering data-driven plan design and negotiation along the way and in all that time, only one person has fallen asleep, quite a talent, and possibly his most underrated professional skill.He loves partnering with groups to understand their unique challenges and design creative, tailored solutions for individuals and companies of all sizes. Family comes first for Brian; he spends as much time as possible with his wife and three kids skiing, playing and watching rugby, attending band recitals, and escaping to the family cabin in Saskatchewan.
